Aims:
	1.	To offer every student the right to second language which provides further opportunities for extending knowledge and experience of the cultures of other people, including opportunities for further studies, pleasure, and work in the English medium; and
2.		To enable every student living into the twenty-first century to be prepared for the changing socio-economic demands resulting from advancement in information technology, including the interpretation, use and productin of materials for pleasure, study or work in the English medium.
